Weekend wanderer

This weekend we had lots of fun playing house and strolling around the city. We visited my favorite farmer’s market that is loaded with tons of Raw Vegan goodies. A lot of my inspiration comes from this market both from their own dishes and also from the interesting selection they have available..

Then we went and saw a play at the local theater. It felt so good to not only get out and support the arts but to also be able to watch live entertainment. There is something just so special about watching people, in person, do their thang..

Afterward we went to dinner at a nearby restaurant. And look at this goodie they had on the menu:

I loved the spiralized carrot. The carrot ginger sesame dressing was delicious. Such a nice and crisp treat for the hot and sticky weather we’ve been having.

Then, the SO treated himself to some froyo. He could barely contain himself when he took his first bite.
